Keep isobutane blend canisters working efficiently in freezing temperatures by utilizing fuel canister trays. Fill these trays with water while in use to prevent the canister from cooling down excessively, ensuring smooth vaporization so long as the water doesn't freeze. These trays are designed specifically for standard isobutane/propane canister sizes, with a 100g (4oz) tray fitting a 90mm base and a 220g (8oz) tray designed for a 109mm base. Print upside down as per the illustrations, without support material. You may optionally insert 3mm x 3mm cylindrical magnets in the tray to help it adhere to the canister; adjust hole sizes if needed based on your printer's tolerances. For optimal performance in cold weather, remember to fill the tray with water before using your canister. Share a photo of your tray in action by posting it under the "made" section.
