Fuel Can Seal Cap
myminifactory
Have you ever pumped gas into your fuel cans only to misplace the black plastic seal cap when the nozzle is inverted in the tank and below the threaded cap? As a ranch owner who constantly uses his fuel cans, I know exactly how frustrating this problem can be! The good news is that if you leave the nozzle out in the "fill" position instead of stowing it away in the "storage" position, your cans should seal just fine. However, experience has shown me that this isn't always possible. I've lost count of the number of times I grabbed a fuel can full of gasoline only to discover that despite the nozzle being in the fill position, the valve had failed and all my fuel evaporated out of the can. To avoid any more frustration, I decided to reverse-engineer the cap and design a new one that's easy to print.
