To keep the different cans separated I made this, fastens easily on any can and is pretty fast to print!

Print Settings

Printer:

RepRapPro Mono Mendel

Rafts:

Doesn't Matter

Supports:

No

Resolution:

0.2

Infill:

80

Notes:

Print basically how you want it, not sure how well PLA etc. will handle gasoline but shouldn't be drenched in it anyway! :D

Post-Printing =============
Extra hardware

1 x short M3 and nut
2 x zipties (optional)
Assembly

Simply sandwich the circle inside two of the sides and fasten it with a short m3 bolt and nut in the middle. Optionally you can add 2 zip ties in the top slots.

Use

The hole is 40mm and fits most standard cans nicely if you want to add it to the cap, otherwise it's enough flexible to just bend the two parts outwards and fasten it on the handle!

Category: Automotive
