I picked up a simple enclosure from Amazon for an FTDI USB serial adapter that isn't the Sparkfun version with a SMD connector soldered to the bottom. I browsed through what was already here and found that the styles were either a bit too bulky or didn't match my specific board very well. The new enclosure is straightforward - it snaps together, can be glued if desired, and provides strain relief for the serial header. It's designed so that the 3.3V/5V jumper is positioned above the enclosure, making it easy to pull out. I've included a Sketchup file in case you want or need to make any adjustments.
