This is a tight little linear slide block that uses Tetrix (Pitsco) parts: (1) Standard or continuous rotation servo and horn (W39177) (1) Linear actuator pinion and (1+) rack (W39300) (1) 4.7mm bronze bushing (TXM 39091) (1) 4.7mm collar (TXM 39092) (1) 4.7mm axle (739088) (1) 4.7mm axle hub (TXM 39172) (4) 6-32 x 0.5in socket head screws (TXM 39097) (4) 6-32 x 3/8in button head cap screws (39111) (4) nylock nuts (McMaster Carr 90631A007) Print as shown, with supports for best results (though can be printed without supports). Can be mounted in several different orientations, and can mount a long beam or other materials to the back of the Tetrix rack. Assemble by (1) Install 4 nylock nuts into the hex recesses inside the cavity of the part (2) Insert the bronze bushing from the top through the top hole (3) Align the pinion gear to the bronze bushing, and slide the axle through (4) Screw the servo hub to the axle hub with button head cap screws (5) Attach the hub to the axle, using the small rectangular hole in the face of the part to access and tighten the set screw (6) Press the servo spline into the servo horn (7) Attach the servo to the part with 4 socket head screws into the locknuts installed in step 1 (8) Attach a collar to the top of the axle to retain the bronze bushing, and tighten the set screw (9) Slide the linear actuator rack into the groove Based on how you are mounting the assembly, you may choose to screw the part to your assembly before installing the above parts. Happy roboting!
