FTC Pulley
thingiverse
This is a custom pulley design tailored specifically for use with Tetrix 6mm Motor Hubs, found at this link. With an outer diameter of 45mm and inner diameter of 21.6mm, the pulley features an assembled width of roughly 35mm from end to end. This unique design will be particularly valuable to teams competing in the First Tech Challenge. The custom design was created by FTC team St. Stephen's Technospartans 7975. Instructions To assemble the pulley, you need to print out both "pulley.stl" and "pulley with string anchor.stl," which will give you two pulley halves that can be paired together with a Tetrix 6mm Motor Hub. One of the printed parts should have an extra hole in it - this is where the string will be anchored. Secure both printed parts around a Tetrix 6mm Motor Hub using screws. To keep the string from slipping off too easily, thread the string through the designated hole and tie a knot to prevent it from falling back through.
