To create a set of FTC legal mecanum wheels, gather 8 x 6-32 x 1.25" screws and nylok nuts per wheel, along with .125 rivets, washers, and half-inch shrink tubing for the rollers. Cut the MecWheels.dxf in 1/16 lexan and bend at right angles on the red lines, remembering left and right parts. Rivet all pieces together. For the rollers, cut them out of 1/8 lexan, stack in order (1 2 3 4 3 2 1), heat shrink, and repeat for all 8 per wheel. Finally, bolt the rollers on.
