This is a custom pulley we designed for our lifting mechanism. Once printed, you can utilize the metal hex hub sandwiched between the two pulley components to guarantee the pulley won't slip on the 5mm rod. Make sure your printer's steps/mm are accurately set as this part fits snugly around the hex hub. The dimensions of the pulley are as follows: Shaft size - 5mm Shaft hole diameter - 6mm Bolt hole diameter - 3.2mm Outside diameter - 70mm Inside diameter - 45mm Width - 31mm String hole diameter - 3.1mm
