This simple tool is designed for the FTC 2019-20 SKYSTONE robot inspection, with a revised design that incorporates more features to work seamlessly this year. The tool includes a rectangular hole to measure the stroke width and height of the team number on the robot. A 2.5 inch by 2.5 inch square measures the alliance marker. The measurements on the right-hand side are for measuring the minimum and maximum size of the team scoring element capstones, with specifications including base min 3 inches, max 4 inches; and height min 4 inches, max 8 inches. The included files are a dwg and 2010 dxf of the 2019-2020 tool. The dimensions of the tool are 9" x 8" x 5/32" (228.6 mm x 203.2 mm x 3.9687 mm). Due to its size, the tool is designed to be cut out with a laser cutter. I have provided files for any modifications needed for this design. When cutting the tool with a laser cutter, ensure that the 12000 Split logo is set to etch/engrave or it may cut out that section, leaving thin holes in its place.
