FTC 2017-2018 Relic Recovery Mini Field

Printable Relic has been thoroughly examined and remains unprintable at correct scale. Due to this reason, and because we lack yellow filament, we have made the decision not to pursue this project further. The RES-Q field may potentially arrive soon. However, our progress on our robot will determine if this happens. Nevertheless, we will definitely keep it in mind. This miniature version of the FIRST Tech Challenge Relic Recovery game field is now available for printing. It's a 1:12 scale model, where one foot equals one inch. This model features stackable blocks, clear backs on the cryptobox, and functional balancing stones. To achieve a clear-backed cryptobox, you will need to place transparency sheets on the back of the model after it is printed. We used super glue to attach the 3D printed piece and the transparency sheet together. If you prefer a non-clear and easier-to-assemble cryptobox, there's an alternative available made by Mike77 at this link: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2620973 He has also designed the rest of the field that is actually printable, such as walls and field tiles! You can find them here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2630239 Wishing you a great season! - Team 8417, The 'Lectric Legends. Edit 10/10/17: Corners for the field are now included in the download file.
