At an East FIRST Tech Challenge Super Regional event, a team distributed 3D-printed pieces resembling the year's main game element. Inspired, I chose to create similar blocks using my Replicator 1 printer. My CAD model of the field was scaled for this purpose. Here are suggested printing settings: 1 extra shell, 10% infill, .3mm layer thickness, and arrange holes facing up or down.
