FT6, Entire Printer & Bed Upgrade & Gantry/Carriage, 3rd leadscrew

This is the entire printer, plus a redesigned bed with added features including a 3rd leadscrew and gantry mounts along with a carriage upgrade. The original bed heater can be carefully removed, cleaned with acetone and rags using a plastic putty knife, then reapplied with high-temp HVAC Red RTV, ensuring bubbles are rolled out as needed. The printer is running an SKR PRO board paired with TMC 5160 stepper drivers, Klipper firmware, BLTouch sensor, Octoprint software, 24-volt and separate 5-volt power supplies, along with a relay module for controlling bed AC power and the 24V PSU. Marlin 2.0 has also been tested on this setup. The bed is constructed from 3/16-inch aluminum, and since it arrived smooth from the supplier, a 6-inch wide Kapton tape serves as the bed surface. The bed level is within 0.4mm across its entire area, making it very flat. It was leveled by adjusting washers under the heated portion. Heat transfer from the heated part to the vertical supports is minimal. My current printable area measures 740x340 and 410 high, but these dimensions should increase once the new gantry and carriage are installed, which were inspired by blinkingsuns designs.
