I got fed up watching my spools wear down on the harsh edges of the ft6's ACM, this little accessory just glides over it and smooths out the ride a bit for your spools. I swapped it with a different version featuring a lip, which sits slightly higher than the original notch Folgertech had on it, allowing it to sit comfortably above my Bondtech BMG.
