New FT8 Design Simplifies Belt Tensioning and Adds Space for Stepper Motor The revised design optimizes belt tensioning with a shorter length since the endstop function now has a dedicated component. To secure cable ends, two new parts have been introduced. A compact FT9 module has been added on top of the stepper motor, providing ample space as a heatsink due to its small size. Another new piece has been designed for placement atop the printhead. Cable Management Improved with Sliding Attachments The design incorporates sliding attachments from this specific print to manage cables effectively. Printing Specifications and Parameters All printed parts, including FT8 and FT9 components, were manufactured using ABS plastic due to its suitability for high-temperature applications.
