FT5 BLTouch Fang mount remix

This is a quick remix of my modeling skills, which are below par, but I managed to whip this up in no time for my own convenience. Feel free to improve upon it or scrap the whole thing and start fresh - that's perfectly fine by me. Yet to be thoroughly tested for any potential issues. ***I added a fang without the mount, as printing with support is a bit of a hassle. The mount will need to be printed separately and attached afterwards using glue. I personally print the fang sans support or use minimal support from the bed only.
