This is an enclosure for FT2232 boards [like this one](https://aliexpress.com/item/32961246303.html), to use them as CPLD/FPGA/MCU programmer and debugger. To close the enclosure I use M3 screws and they fit tight with my printer, but with other it might not be tight enough.
