FT22 Raptor Side Reinforcement Plates Flitetest
thingiverse
After repeatedly removing the bottom plate from my Flitetest F22 Raptor, the two small protrusions on the fuselage that secure the bottom plate started cracking. To address this issue, I created a reinforcement plate design that can be hot glued adjacent to each side of the fuselage where these protrusions stick out, thereby securing the bottom plate in place more effectively. If you own an F22 Foam Board plane, you are likely familiar with this problem. Conversely, if you are building one, it's advisable to incorporate these reinforcements during assembly.
