When you build the FT X29 with foamboard that has no backing, a major problem arises when trying to bend the leading edge. Simply cut off the damn edge and glue it on right away! This helps add rigidity too. If the model is longer than your printer can handle, just use Netfab Basic to cut it down easily. Check out this YouTube video for the FT X29 scratch build: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tz-VUsb29nY The 70mm EDF I used was this one from Banggood: https://www.banggood.com/FMS-70mm-12-Blades-Ducted-Fan-EDF-With-2845-KV2750-Motor-For-RC-Airplane-p-1023640.html?p=DG23031123036201501P I printed the model with this DIY printer: https://www.banggood.com/DIY-Creality-CR-10-3D-Printer-300300400mm-Printing-Size-1_75mm-0_4mm-Nozzle-p-1085645.html?p=DG23031123036201501P
