FT Mini Firewall for Racing Quad Motors

I required firewalls for several high-speed quad motors destined for FT Mighty Mini aircraft. However, due to the rigidity of the power wires for these motors, a standard "cross" mounting configuration wouldn't suffice. I therefore devised my own custom design featuring a cutout in the middle and mounting holes rotated into an X formation. Additionally, I increased the cutout width to 8mm to accommodate thicker power wires. My specific model features 16 x 16mm mounting holes secured with standard M3-sized screws. To ensure compatibility with various frames, I constructed this firewall at a thickness of 3mm. Nevertheless, if your motor only accommodates screws for 4mm frames, you may need to either thicken the firewall or utilize washers for secure attachment.
