FT Mini Arrow Power Pod. This power pod is designed for use with a 2204 2300kV motor, specifically tailored to fit within a fuselage modified to accommodate a 1500mah battery. The pod fits snugly into the fuselage, providing a secure friction fit. I discovered that it weighed 2g less than the original foam pod. The primary issue with the original power pod was overheating of the motor. My hypothesis was that the motor became caught in the vortex created by the blunt back of the pod and lacked adequate airflow as a result. Replacing the original power pod with this one solved the overheating problem. This mount/pod features a channel for the wires, allowing for easy routing and management. The interior cavity also provides additional space for the ESC. Although it does shift the center of gravity (COG), the 1500mah battery effectively compensates for this change. The FT Mini Arrow Power Pod fits neatly within a fuselage cavity measuring 35mm x 28mm.
