FT Mini Arrow Fuselage
thingiverse
I'm fed up with subpar options that crumble under pressure, literally. So I created this design from the ground up, specifically engineered for printing in ABS and avoiding those pesky curls and cracks. It's meant to be printed in sections, which you can then bond together using epoxies or crazy glue - your choice! To get the best results, try printing at a .2 layer height with 35% infill, although solid printing is also an option if that's what you're after. For added strength, I recommend giving it a gentle acetone rub to seal in those layers. With a bit of light sanding to ensure a snug fit, this design should give you exactly what you need!
