FT Mini Arrow Firewall (16 x 19 Pattern) and Control Horns

I designed this kit because the standard one offered by Flite Test has holes for 1806 motors and is not very safe in my opinion when using high kv motors, especially 2204s. I made the firewall 3mm thick to accommodate the screws that come with 99% of motors today and added more material to the control horns as well. This kit can be used with any Flite Test plane you choose to build but I designed it because of the Mini Arrow I'm currently building. Enjoy! Print Settings Printer: FlashForge Creator Pro Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: .2 Infill: 50% or higher. I print them at 100% Notes: Printed at 60mm/s with ABS. The firewall can be further reinforced with a light coat of epoxy or fiberglass-reinforced tape, although it's not necessary. Post-Printing Nothing is required to use the firewall but depending on which rod you will be using for control horns, you will need to widen the hole just a tiny bit. (The hole was set at 1.10mm for use with a 1mm rod) But as you can imagine, it does get a bit small after printing. I'll soon try a .2mm hole size but decided to go this route to ensure it's absolutely snug as possible.
