This is a swift print session summary: Inland PLA - I used an extruder temperature of 222°C and a bed temperature of 55°C. The fan was optional. Layer Height: .3mm Print settings: 40% infill with rectilinear patterns, 3 layers on top and 3 layers on the bottom with rectilinear patterns, and 2 perimeter walls. Supports: A 3mm brim helps with peeling off the parts after printing. Design files: I imported free plans from Autocad in PDF format, isolated them, and converted to DXF. Then, I used Inventor to create a 2.4mm thick extrusion, matching the thickness of balsa wood. Weight: I haven't weighed the finished parts yet, but they seem slightly heavier than expected - just by a tiny margin. When balancing, this weight difference isn't noticeable at all.
