This is a frame I designed specifically for FT gremlin style mini brushless quadcopters, featuring removable arms in case of a break. My main objective was to create a miniature version of a 250-style race quad. The camera mount on this design accommodates an eachine tx01 camera. For the build, I utilized aluminum 14mm m3 standoffs, but included a standoff file for users who might prefer to print their own instead. On my top and bottom plates, I enlarged the holes to 3mm, while tapping the arm holes with an m3 tap. Additionally, I've incorporated some earlier designs for arms and chassis into this package. The arm v2 boasts a feature that helps locate the ESC and wire routing, resulting in a sleek appearance. However, due to the presence of holes within the arm, it may not be as strong as other designs. Enhancing print quality by using multiple outlines and thicker layers might mitigate this issue somewhat. I've also included a lower chassis design, which positions the FC directly at the center of the frame. You can secure it with a rubber band for easy removal during service without relying on double-sided foam tape every time.
