FT BabyBlender Wing-Skewer Reinforcements
thingiverse
I'm thrilled to report that our first baby blender prototype took shape rapidly but unfortunately met its match with a sudden crash. As a result of this fateful encounter, the rubber bands attaching to the wing mount ripped through the 9mm thick foam board that served as a support structure for our prized barbeque skewers. Taking matters into their own hands, these resourceful engineers promptly designed reinforcements for the foam in anticipation of future builds and, in doing so, applied them seamlessly to mend the current one. It is crucial that all prints are rendered at an optimal resolution, that no supports are necessary whatsoever, and they would highly advise holding off on adding the hole for the skewer until these vital reinforcements are safely glued into place - ensuring accurate alignment. Notably, users must exercise caution regarding their cut depth on the rear side as a deep incision might hinder perfect positioning. It's worth mentioning that our baby blender prototype is constructed from scratch using an engineering kit rather than one carefully laser-cut to precision specifications.
