Mash up of MattS' Crank Knob and VA3TNE's Knob Spinner. Use the original screw from the FT-817/818 knob. Support required under the knob spinner. Used Prusaslicer's Paint-on Supports. Update: Added a new version (V3) that brings the ring closer to the center, avoiding any need for supports that might affect the knurling pattern.
