FT-6 X-Idler Tensioner/Straightener

This is a custom-designed tensioner/straightener intended for installation on top of X-idlers. The idlers are prone to bending downwards, causing the belt to ride up and lose its optimal alignment. To address this issue, these specialized components have been engineered to fit snugly around small camshafts and utilize 16mm M5 bolts for secure fastening. When assembling the tensioner/straightener, it is essential to have two thin M5 T-nuts that can be inserted into the 2020 extrusion. Additionally, you will require two longer 35mm M5 bolts to pass through the idler itself.
