The stock spool holder on my FT-6 has always been a bit problematic, mainly due to the fact that the ACM restricts the spool's movement, making it necessary for me to devise an add-on solution. I crafted this enhancement as a push-down mechanism specifically designed to interface with the ACM and provide a smooth surface for the spool to glide across, thus preventing any potential edge contact between the ACM and the spool that could cause friction or even damage.
