I experienced difficulties with the new idler pulley design, which consistently allowed the belt to slip off. To resolve this problem, I engineered a solution where the metal pulley is mounted directly into the part, and a small nylon washer is placed between the part and the melamine components. This modification has addressed the issue for now, but time will tell if it remains effective in the long term.
