I sourced Y carriage mounts that attach to the sides of the FT-5, which I then installed on my printer, but ran into some difficulties, forcing me to make adjustments. The distance between the belt holes on these new mounts matches perfectly with my belts, while the holes for the M5 and M3 screws work smoothly, and each now features a flat surface, allowing for easier printing with reduced support material. I also integrated an idler mount into the design.
