This spool holder mount for 608 bearings can be used on the FT-5 printer when utilizing the top frame design from https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2414257. The installation requires four 608 bearings and corresponding nuts and bolts to secure them in place. One of its best features is that it prevents filament from escaping the spool's sides during new spool usage. I've also included the STL file used for printing a 20x20 hollow tube, which replaces traditional 2020 extrusion as the frame material. When printing, simply adjust the Z height to match your desired tube length. As I use Simplify3D, adjusting the Z height is straightforward within the slicer; however, it should be possible with other slicers as well. Printing requires a closed-in orientation for optimal bed adhesion. Using a .8 nozzle allows for rapid part production, as demonstrated by my own printing experience.
