FT-5 OptiCooler for Titan Aero
thingiverse
Upon request, I've updated my previous Folgertech FT-5 Opticooler remix to fit a Titan Aero hotend with V6 block. I'm grateful once again to printingotb for his original OptiCooler design! The fan bracket simply mounts to the extruder stepper itself on the bottom two screws. Remove the screws and replace them with 5mm longer screws, you may need a washer or two. It's also recommended to print the arms out of PETG or ABS due to their proximity to the heater block, but they are easily removable and replaceable. This setup runs two 5015 radial fans wired together. For more information, check the original Opticooler. I zip-tied them together to keep them in line. Note: Adjust nozzles down as close as possible to the bottom of the nozzle without interfering with the print.
