I'm running a remix of printingotb's OptiCooler for the Folger Tech FT-5, which I'm currently pairing with the 713Maker Ultralight carrier and stock MK9 hotend. This configuration may also work with the Titan Aero extruder. The fan bracket attaches directly to the extruder stepper on the bottom two screws, so remove those and replace them with 5mm longer screws - you might need a washer or two for extra support. I highly recommend printing the arms out of PETG or ABS due to their proximity to the heater block. This setup features two 5015 radial fans connected together; check the original file for more details. To keep everything tidy, I used zip ties to align them side by side. Note that you'll need to adjust the nozzles as close to the bottom of the nozzle as possible without obstructing the print.
