I designed it specifically for my Folgertech FT-5 printer. The design mounts the spools at the top front of the unit, ensuring the filament flows smoothly from above without snagging on the cable chain or requiring a Bowden-style tube. To function properly, you'll need a 2ft (24in-26in) piece of 1inch diameter PVC pipe. It's also recommended to have a 3/4inch diameter piece of PVC on hand for spools with smaller hole diameters. Please note that I've only included one side of the design, so you'll need to mirror it in your slicer software.
