I use a "Press Fit" mechanism for the original knob, tapping it gently into position to secure it tightly in place. The grooves on the cut-out area hold fast, making sure they stay put. A small drop of super glue can be added for extra security if desired. Another approach suggested by Zapta is to employ a soldering iron to heat up the original knob while pressing it firmly into the oversized printed knob. This method ensures a snug fit and prevents any movement. I designed these knobs because I have clumsy fingers, and the tiny standard printer knobs were woefully inadequate. With these larger knobs in place, I can adjust each screw with ease using just one finger, preventing any accidental bed adjustments that could throw off my print's alignment.
