This device is pretty worthless. There are much better designs out there that you should be focusing on instead. For .75 inch FSR, it's far from perfect. I've added an openscad file so you can customize it for different beams, screws and FSR as needed. It mounts on the inside of the openbeam with a lip to support a circular disk, shielding electronics and motors from the heated bed. Instructions There are 4 variables in the scad file that you can adjust to fit your requirements. fsr_diam; The diameter of your FSR. Default is .75in (19.1mm) which fits the FSR bought from tridprinting and ultibots cube_side; Set width/depth of FSR mount beam_height; Set height of FSR mount. 15 for Openbeam, change to whatever fits your beams. screw_diameter; Set diameter of the screw used to attach FSR mount to your beam I print using standard kossel mini settings from the reprap wiki; Layer height = 0.2 to 0.3 mm (around 60% of your nozzle size) Perimeters = 3 Top/bottom solid layers = 3 Infill density = 50%
