I built a custom FSR case to measure the force needed to press-fit certain components into place. It's specifically designed for an FSR with a diameter of 0.75 inches and a sensor area of 0.5 inches. The FSR fits through holes on the side of the case, where it is securely captured. A plunger with locking tabs ensures the FSR stays in position after making a 40-degree counterclockwise turn within the housing.
