If you don't want to print it yourself, we have a kit available to order at http://maker.space/store. This is a thumbscrew cap for the Full Spectrum Laser Muse or Dremel DigiLab Laser machine's focus tool. The existing screw works but can be hard to turn sometimes; this cap increases the screw size and makes it much easier to loosen and tighten. The file has been printed in PET-G and PLA as is, with no adjustments made on my Prusa i3 Mk3. If you find that it is too small or large, just scale it in your slicer up or down in 2% increments. You should expect a tight fit so the cap fits tightly onto the brass thumbscrew. I use a small hammer and gently tap the cap into place while holding the screw with a small socket that allows the brass screw to slip through but leaves the screw head some support. Each 3D printer and filament can have different expansion properties, so if it's too loose or too tight just scale it in your slicer and try again. There are two files which are the same except for a small wrench icon on maker.space. Feel free to print either one.
