This is the cover piece that I remixed for attaching an pass through festo. I used a PC4-M10 x 1 festo, and also reprinted the adapter-printer-mmu2s.stl file from Prusa and drilled the filament hole wide enough to pass the PTFE tube through as well. Consult the MMU2S build guide to remove and replace that part (you have to loosen the 2 top extruder bolts).
