This is a small portion of Palatki Grotto Panel 9 featuring intricate Archaic pictographs and Petroglyphs with complex layering of possible older images over later Archaic, Sinagua or Apache imagery. The model uses the same photographs from FS1862 but enhanced with Dstretch algorithm YBK to detect paint types and layering. This model is part of an ongoing study to analyze superposition of younger imagery over older petroglyph scratching in the Archaic era.
