FS1859LAB Palatki Grotto Panel 1 Dstretch LAB

sketchfab

This is a small section of Palatki Grotto Panel 1, showcasing intricate Archaic petroglyphs and pictographs with complex layers of superpositioned imagery that may date back to the Archaic or pre-Archaic periods. Superimposed by later Archaic, Sinagua, or Apache art forms, this panel presents a rich tapestry of human expression. Using the same input photographs as FS1859 but processed through the Dstretch algorithm LAB to accentuate color variations, this model identifies different types of paint and superposition. As part of an ongoing project, we're examining how Archaic and younger imagery overlays older petroglyph scratching patterns.
