This is a small section of Palatki Grotto Panel 15 to the right of FS1845, featuring an Archaic "Rake" symbol directly associated with either younger or older pictographs and petroglyphs. Note that there are areas on this panel showing partial rock face sloughing and probable surface mineralization affecting natural patination's magnitude and nature. This complex rock art panel displays multiple instances of superposition, showcasing Archaic, Sinagua, Yavapai, Apache, and historic graffiti in various layers. As part of an ongoing project, this model is designed to evaluate the superposition of Archaic imagery over older petroglyph scratching.
