This is a small portion of Palatki Grotto Panel 15, featuring an Archaic "Rake" symbol prominently displayed alongside younger or older pictographs and petroglyphs. Note that minor areas of this panel show signs of partial rock face sloughing and probable surface mineralization affecting the extent and nature of natural patination. This model is part of a larger project aimed at evaluating the superposition of Archaic and younger imagery over older petroglyph scratching.
