This is a close-up view of rock art panel 35 at the Honanki Heritage Site within the Red Rock District of Arizona's Coconino Forest, situated northwest of Sedona. The site has been severely marred by modern graffiti, which has irreparably damaged the Archaic, Singagua, Yavapi and Apache pictographs and petroglyphs. This upgraded model offers a higher resolution than its predecessors, allowing for a more detailed evaluation of the ancient imagery. This documentation is part of an ongoing effort to preserve at-risk sites and rock art throughout Arizona's Verde Valley, as well as to assess potential pre-Archaic imagery in the region.
