This model contributes to an ongoing project documenting "at risk" features at Heritage Sites within the Coconino Forest, which are threatened by natural or vandalism-related issues. The interior room of one of three early cabins making up the Pendley Ranch, situated in Slide Rock State Park just north of Sedona, Arizona, showcases a condition that has not been improved upon since its original state. Despite the well-preserved exterior of this structure, the interior space remains untouched and unrefurbished. The cabin itself dates back to the early 1930s. This site is diligently managed, maintained, and protected by the Arizona State Parks system.
