2019-01 Boulder 10 2019-01 Boulder 06 Documenting threatened Heritage Sites in the Coconino Forest is an ongoing project. This model focuses on sites endangered by natural or vandalism-related issues. This basalt boulder, situated in a remote location within the Coconino Forest near Sedona, Arizona, features a petroglyph created by Sinagua prehistoric Native American Indians. Estimated to have been made between 1000 AD and 1300 AD, the petroglyph is a testament to their artistic skill.
