This model is part of an ongoing project to document high-risk features at Heritage Sites in the Coconino Forest, which are threatened by natural or vandalism-related issues. The northwest corner of the Baldwin Cabin's main entrance door is located at the Crescent Moon Recreation Area near Sedona, Arizona. Constructed in 1938, this cabin has undergone extensive repair and replacement work over the years. As part of the Forest Service rental program, reservations are required to stay here, accommodating a minimum of six to eight people. Further information about the Red Rock District of the Coconino Forest can be found at sedonaredrocktrails.org or fs.usda.gov/recmain/coconino/recreation.
