Palatki Grotto lies just east of a fissure near Willards Roost. This location is situated immediately beyond the main area of the Palatki Grotto alcove. Artworks in this region, including pictographs and petroglyphs, are attributed to various cultures such as the Archaic, Sinagua, Yavapai, Western Apache, Hopi, and Navajo. Abundant modern and historic graffiti can also be found here. The area modeled is situated just beyond panel 8 and immediately before Willards Roost. Faint images of Yavapai Akaka Wasiva are visible in this region. The Palatki Heritage site is located within the Red Rock District of the Coconino forest.
