https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2823965 made a good design and in the comments, ConstructoTheAmazing posted an mk3 version. that one no longer works for the mk3s+ so I adapted the file from Prusa to accommodate the PC4-M10 adapter for a reversed Bowden set-up. Due to the geometry, you do need a little bit of support. I use this in combination with the spannerhands filament box https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2119644
