This is Version 2 of my smart home PC autostart mechanism. Version 1 was built into a small icecream container, and the 3D printed holder for the servo proved to be less than ideal. So, after several months of use it came time to upgrade. I strengthened the servo holder and joined it to a modified Arduino tray downloaded from Thingiverse (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1205535). This is one single print, and is much tidier than Version 1. PLA won't resist the heat of being inside a PC well enough, unless you mount it outside your PC. The particular ABS I'm using I've found needs painter's tape on the printing bed.Support: I printed it using a brim and no vertical supports. The width of the hole for the servo holder isn't too wide to cause a problem. Resolution: Normal to medium quality is fine, and in my case I'm using a 0.6 nozzle, though a 0.4 nozzle would probably do a better job (now where did that spare nozzle hide itself!)Infill: I printed mine solid for peace of mind. In reality (in my case) there was only around a 10 minute difference between 20% infill and solid infill, so solid is definitely better for strength.Print Time: I'm using a Creality Ender 3, and it took almost 4.5 hours to print using the above settings.
